  • Solidify Your Brand Message (Aka is it innately clear what you business is, who it serves and why it exists)
  • Perform a Brand Analysis (This is where we get together and do a SWOT Analysis, Target Market Identification & Position Your Brand for Success)
  • Architect The New Version of Your Brand (We take everything from the first session, and create a BRAND BIBLE of sorts that can be distributed amongst you, your team and any new hires)
  • Implement a Brand Success Strategy (This is where we get clear on the next steps for your business to make money. Are you marketing in the right channels to get in front of your ideal customer?

Included:

  • 2-90 Minute Sessions (Brand Analysis & Brand Differentiation, Brand Implementation)
  • A Personalized Company Brand Bible

    • Think of this as an inside look into your brand. It will include your overall brand message, brand positioning, your SWOT analysis and is great for onboarding new team members and as a touch-point for all projects moving forward.

After your 2 sessions, you will receive:

  • 30 days of M-F Slack Access (this will be our communication hub to ask questions and implement strategy and address roadblocks)
