I always say that "speaking is not a spectator sport, you must get in the ring."
In college, I found my love for public speaking. I joined a co-ed business fraternity called AKPSI that encouraged us to do stock market presentations, pitches and develop full business plans. It was like public speaking bootcamp!
In addition, I was studying communications and organizational leadership. Yup, I'm one of those people who has actually implemented the things I learned in college.
It wasn't soon after college, that I began my career in cold calling phone sales where I learned a lot about persuasion techniques, the art of listening and developing a confident voice.
From there, I started teaching workshops on topics ranging from Ayurveda and Yoga to PR, Publishing and Visibility Strategies (yup, I know quite a broad range of speaking topics!)
Those initial workshops, coupled with PR strategies and relationship building landed me some awesome speaking opportunities at schools, organizations, businesses, health clinics and even in London!
I've experienced a lot of learning lessons when it comes to structuring and delivering speeches—so I'm here to be your right hand speaking prep advisor and save you lots of time!

Calls + Slack
You have an event on the calendar.
You come to me with the date of event, specific theme of the event + your talk idea.
We have 3 calls together.
- Call One—Outline Talk Core Message, Identify Target Audience and Find Supporting Stories/Facts and Figures
- Call Two—Refine Talk and Walk Through Speech, Visual Aids, Delivery, Tone and Confidence
- Call Three—Practice Your Talk in Live Time.
In addition to your sessions, you are also able to send me any practice videos/materials for review.
